How IPv6 is being deployed ?
The intend of this survey is to understand some technical details about how IPv6 is being deployed worldwide.
You should ONLY continue if you provide (ISP) or obtain (customer) an IPv6 service, even if is a trial.
If you use several access technologies and all them use the same IPv6/IPv4 parameters, then just one reply is enough (select other and detail your technologies). Otherwise, please respond with one survey per each technology.
The results of this survey will be published without personal data such as name, email. You are free to provide it. Most probably we will not contact you, unless there are some important discrepancies in your responses.
You can answer only some parts of the survey, almost no mandatory answers, but as much data as you provide, better stats we will be able to publish.
Ideally the survey should be answered by the ISP, but we also accept customers responding to it. However, to avoid duplicated data in the stats, it is important to answer the ISP name and country.
The answers can be provided for both, an already IPv6 commercial service, or a trial.
